Felvium (“Felvium”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a native iOS app operated by the Felvium Team. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Felvium – Fitness Video Community (the “App”).

Important: If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the App.

1) Summary

We collect information you provide (such as name, username, email, and support messages) and information automatically collected when you use the App (such as device information, usage statistics, crash logs, and—if you allow it—approximate or precise location). We use this information to provide and maintain the App, personalize your experience, improve performance and safety, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

2) What the App Does

Felvium is built for people who want to discover, watch, and share workout videos. You can browse training ideas by category, scroll an immersive full-screen video stream, and publish your own clips to inspire others.

3) Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name (optional, if provided), username, email address.
  • Support and communications: content you submit when contacting customer support (including messages and any attachments you choose to provide).
  • Content you upload: videos, captions, comments, and other content you choose to post or submit through the App.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information: device type/model, operating system version, app version, language settings, time zone, and similar technical identifiers.
  • Usage data: interactions with the App (such as pages/screens viewed, time spent, features used), and performance metrics.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports and related diagnostic data to help us identify and fix issues.
  • Location information (only if you grant permission): approximate and/or precise location, depending on your iOS settings and the permission you choose.

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) for login, session management, and remembering preferences, including when the App displays web-based content.

4) Optional Photo Processing and Face Data

If the App offers optional photo/image-related features (for example, generating a result from an image you provide), we follow these principles:

  • No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition, build biometric profiles, or use your images to identify you.
  • One-time processing: any processing is intended to be one-time for the requested output.
  • Default local storage: results are designed to be stored locally on your device by default.
  • No training / marketing use: we do not use your photos or derived outputs to train models or for advertising/marketing purposes.

5) AI / Automated Processing (If You Choose to Use It)

Some features may involve automated processing (including AI-assisted processing) of text or images you choose to upload for that feature.

  • Server-side processing: when enabled, the text and/or images you upload for that feature are processed on our own servers (not by third-party AI providers).
  • No sharing with third parties: we do not share that uploaded text/images with any third party for AI processing, and we do not sell it.
  • Deletion after processing: we delete the uploaded text/images from our servers immediately after processing completes, except where temporary retention is required for security, debugging, legal compliance, or to deliver the requested output.
  • Your control: you choose whether to upload content for these features and whether to generate outputs.

6) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and enable login.
  • Personalize your experience and content recommendations.
  • Improve the App (including performance, reliability, and user experience).
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

7) Legal Bases (Where Required)

Where required by law, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: your consent, performance of a contract (providing the App), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the App), balanced against your rights.

  • Service providers (processors): trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools). They are contractually required to protect information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

  • Protect rights and safety: to protect the rights, property, and safety of Felvium, our users, or others, including to investigate potential violations.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with appropriate protections).

We do not sell personal information.

9) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, regular audits, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

11) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Account data: retained while your account is active.
  • Deletion after account removal: when you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless we must keep certain information longer for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Usage data: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Support data: retained for up to 6 months.

12) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Restrict or object to certain processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
